  1. You need 1 cup of rice, soaked for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp. of butter.
  3. You need 1 of small onion, chopped.
  4. It’s 1/2 of capsicum, chopped.
  5. Prepare 1 of small tomato, chopped.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp. of roasted cumin powder.
  7. It’s 1 of fresh green / red chilli, chopped.
  8. It’s 3-4 tbsp. of nando's peri peri sauce.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp. of coriander leaves, chopped (opt).
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder.
  11. It’s to taste of salt.

  1. Cook the rice till done, drain and keep aside..
  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add the onion & fresh chilli. Saute till translucent..
  3. Add the tomatoes & capsicum. Saute for a minute..

  5. Now add the rice and give it a stir..
  6. Add all the dry spices. Combine everything well & stir fry for 1-2 minutes..
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with any grilled stuff..
